How to Choose a Standing Desk
Follow these three steps and have fun building your dream sit-stand desk.

Select the height adjustable desk model you'd like to configure. The various models are based on the number of desk legs and desktop material and shape options.

Standing desk converters sit on top of conventional fixed height desks and adjust to standing height. Most users will prefer a full height adjustable desk because it offers more usable workspace and provides the ability to work at the perfect height both sitting and standing. Standing desk converters typically impact seated ergonomics negatively by raising the seated height too high for many users and cannot be adjusted below the fixed height desk surface.
