Facial volume restoration with fat grafting is usually performed as an outpatient treatment where patients can be discharged on the same day of the procedure. The anesthesia involved can be local or general, depending on the degree of treatment involved.
Plastic Surgeons determine and mark the donor and recipient sites from where the fat cells are to be obtained and inserted, respectively. The procedure is performed in three steps;
• Fat Extraction
• Fat Processing
• Fat Injection

Thereafter, the extracted fat is processed and cleansed from impurities in a sterile container.
