Aside from his corporate jobs, Nordström has taught at junior high school, high school, and university levels for five years. Furthermore, he gives lectures to Riksdag's education committee and the minister of education regarding his book that advocates new ways for schools to teach and embrace changes. Because of his unique ideas and the way he beautifully described them in his book, numerous schools initiated the implementation of his ideas in their protocol, similar to the teaching of Education Minister Jan Björklund. Currently, Nordström is an adjunct professor at Blekinge University of Technology in entrepreneurship.
