Women's Professional Basketball Title Sponsor Signing for 2023-2024 Season
Woori Bank will be the title sponsor of the Women's Professional Basketball League for the 2023-2024 season.
The Women's Basketball League (WKBL) held a title sponsor signing ceremony at Woori Bank's headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, on Thursday and announced that the official name of the new season will be 'Woori Bank Woori WON 2023-2024 Women's Professional Basketball'.
In addition to the Women's Professional Basketball, Woori Bank will also be the title sponsor of Triple Jam, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament to be held in 2024.
At the signing ceremony, WKBL President Lee Byung-wan said, "We are deeply grateful to Woori Bank for participating as a title sponsor, and we will strive to make the 2023-2024 season a successful one."
"We are pleased to be the title sponsor, and with this sponsorship, we will take the lead in helping the women's professional basketball leap to the next level," said Cho Byung-kyu, President of Woori Bank. "We will do our best to contribute to the development of women's basketball in Korea by discovering and nurturing prospects."
The 2023-2024 season will begin on November 5 at 2 p.m. with the official opening game between Asan Woori Bank and Busan BNK at Asan Yi Sunshin Gymnasium. 슬롯사이트
