Viru Raparthi (Co-founder and Managing Partner): Viru is a seasoned Wall Street financier with a track record of founding successful businesses in the USA, Brazil, and Europe. He has managed a $40 billion balance sheet and has made significant contributions to ESG, including the development of a pioneering risk management system for the USEPA. Viru, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and the Wharton School, has deep-rooted Wall Street relationships that underscore his financial expertise.

Arthur Farme (Co-founder): Arthur is a standout in Brazil’s financial sector, began his career as a lawyer at Pinheiro Neto. He is recognized for his expertise in Investment Funds Management, validated by his ANBIMA CGA certification. Arthur combines legal acumen with financial proficiency, holding an LLM in Capital Markets from IBMEC Business School. His asset management firm, F3 Rock, successfully launched a multi-market fund. As the CEO of digital banking giant Grupo H and former CEO of CM Capital, Arthur’s innovative leadership has made significant industry contributions.

Kunal Shah (CA): Kunal, a distinguished Chartered Accountant, brings decades of Wall Street experience, primarily in an advisory role. He has guided various sectors and counseled numerous Fortune 50 C-level executives, shaping their corporate paths. His leadership is evident in his roles at Lazard, Rothschild, UBS, and Bank of America. Kunal, an alumnus of the University of Mumbai and the Chicago Booth School of Business, exemplifies expertise and excellence in finance and advisory.

Radhika Nagampalli (CFA): Radhika is a skilled finance expert with a deep understanding of investments, particularly in private equity and venture capital. Radhika has worked in real estate finance at Prudential Real Estate Investors and as a research associate at ING Clarion Partners. Currently, she is an independent investor in New York, focusing on Web3 and asset tokenization. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, an engineering degree from Andhra University, and a Masters in Computer Science.

Vivek B (Head of Trading & Risk Management): Vivek is a seasoned professional with years of experience in trading and risk management on Wall Street. He is a graduate of NYU who brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

Opender Singh (CFA, Head of Turkey & Middle East Expansion): Opender is an entrepreneur with a deep understanding of technology and strong business skills. He is a CFA charter holder who has worked at prominent companies like Merrill Lynch, Blackrock, and Credit Suisse, gaining extensive experience and important connections. Opender also has numerous connections in Turkey and the Middle East. He earned his BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Sudhir Nadubettu: Sudhir is a seasoned tech leader with over 27 years of experience. He excels in Strategic Consulting and Data Analytics across various sectors like Technology, HealthCare, Retail, Automotive, and Finance. He is skilled at driving growth, improving organizational skills, and emphasizing the importance of informatics initiatives for decision-makers. Outside of work, Sudhir loves reading, cricket, and golf, and occasionally blogs about data and analytics. In a different world, he might be a tech comedian, a quantum physics explorer, or even a MasterChef!

Fabio Feola: Fabio is a financial expert with over 40 years of experience, having held senior and CEO roles in major banks. He currently serves as a Partner and Managing Director at F3 Rock Gestão de Recursos, where he manages funds and provides strategic financial leadership. Before this, he was a Partner at R&F4 Empreendimentos e Participações and PPHT Consultoria Empresarial, as well as a Director at CM Capital Markets for over seven years. He was also a Board Member at ANCORD. His past roles as CEO of CGD Investimentos Corretora de Valores e Câmbio S.A. and Managing Director at Banif have given him a deep knowledge of the Brazilian financial market, especially in futures, derivatives, and equities.

Gustavo Novo: hailing from the lively city of Rio de Janeiro, Gustavo has made a name for himself in the hospitality and corporate affairs sectors over the years. He excels at investor relations and building relationships at all levels of a company. Gustavo has a history of creating and strengthening B2B partnerships, especially in the fast-paced Brazilian market, showcasing his deep understanding of local businesses. As an experienced corporate relations expert, Gustavo’s knowledge and insights are highly valuable, supporting our overall vision.

Daniel Curcio Cabral: Based in São Paulo, Brazil, Daniel is a finance expert with strong connections to the healthcare and engineering sectors. He studied law at Universidade Candido Mendes and excels in financial analysis, business intelligence, business strategy, information technology, and team leadership. In addition to his traditional roles, Daniel has a deep understanding of crypto trading and is known as a crypto maximalist.
