This advanced autoclave is equipped with a fully automatic computer-controlled system, ensuring precise sterilization at 134 °C and 0.22 MPa pressure. The chamber is made leak-proof with heat-resistant silicon rubber, and safety is prioritized with features like automatic shutoff to prevent overload and auto-protection against temperature and pressure spikes.
The autoclave boasts a digital LCD display for real-time monitoring of working status and parameters. It includes an automated drying function and a secure door lock system that prevents the door from opening until internal pressure drops to a safe level of 0.027 MPa. Additionally, the system will automatically open the jacket and chamber valve if the door is accidentally opened during operation, safeguarding the unit from potential damage.
The autoclave’s chamber measures 515 mm in diameter and 1000 mm in depth, fitting into a compact product dimension of 1400 × 670 × 1650 mm. Despite its substantial net weight of 260 kg and a gross weight of 350 kg, it operates efficiently on a 9 kW power supply at 220 V and 50 Hz. It offers a timer range of 0 to 60 minutes and maintains a heat average of ± 2 ℃ for consistent performance.
