Gel Card Centrifuge

LabExpo Gel Card Centrifuge is a sophisticated piece of laboratory equipment designed for precise and efficient separation of blood components. Its advanced microcomputer-based digital display enables users to set and monitor critical parameters such as speed, time, relative centrifugal force (RCF), and other essential factors with high accuracy.

This centrifuge is specifically engineered for applications in serology, immuno-detection, blood typing, and various other analyses. It offers versatility with different program settings, allowing users to customize operations to meet their specific needs. With a maximum speed of 3000 rpm and a maximum RCF of 1080×g for 24 cards and 830×g for 12 cards, the centrifuge ensures optimal separation performance.

The device accommodates two card capacities: 24 cards or 12 cards. Its timer range extends from 0 to 99 minutes, providing flexibility in processing times. Speed accuracy is maintained within ±20 rpm/min, ensuring consistent results. Additionally, the centrifuge operates with minimal noise, ≤55 dBA, making it suitable for quiet lab environments.

The power supply is adaptable, with options for AC 220V or 110V, and supports both 50Hz and 60Hz frequencies. The centrifuge's dimensions vary based on the card capacity: for 12 cards, it measures 230×460×320 mm and weighs 17 kg, while for 24 cards, the dimensions are 250×500×360 mm and the weight is 19 kg.

Equipped with a low-noise brushless DC motor, the centrifuge ensures smooth and efficient operation.
