LabExpo PMCC Flash Point Tester is engineered for accurate flash point determination across a wide temperature range, making it suitable for various industrial and laboratory settings. Covering temperatures from 5°C to 370°C, it offers precise scale divisions of 0.5°C, 1.0°C, and 2.0°C, ensuring reliable measurements throughout the testing process. An adjustable stirring speed, from 90 to 120 rpm for procedure A and 250 ± 10 rpm for procedure B, ensures consistent temperature distribution, enhancing the accuracy of results.

This tester is equipped with a standard oil cup that holds approximately 70 ml of sample, with an inner diameter of 50.7 to 50.8 mm and a depth of 55.7 to 56.0 mm. The marked line inside the cup, positioned at 33.9 to 34.3 mm, ensures precise sample volume measurement. The device also features a 0.8 mm aperture ignition system that uses coal gas to deliver precise flash point detection.

The LabExpo PMCC Flash Point Tester allows the user to control the sample temperature rising rate between 1 and 12°C per minute, providing flexibility to meet specific testing needs. Powered by a 45TYZ stirring motor and a rod-type ignition device, this tester operates with a maximum heating power of 600 W, connected to a standard AC 220V ± 10%, 50 Hz power supply. Additionally, it includes a mercury thermometer for accurate temperature readings during the test.

Designed for ease of use, the tester features a user-friendly interface and a compact build, with dimensions of 480×420×440 mm and a net weight of 7 kg, making it space-efficient and portable. It performs optimally in environments with ambient temperatures up to 35°C and relative humidity levels up to 85%, offering consistent performance in various conditions.
