
NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is the key exam for students aiming to pursue medical and dental courses in India. Conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), it is a gateway for MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH programs across the country. The NEET 2025 exam is expected to follow the previous format with a total of 200 questions, out of which students need to attempt 180. The NEET Eligibility Criteria state that applicants must have completed or be appearing for their 10+2 or equivalent exams with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects. A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCB is required for the general category, while reserved categories have some relaxation.
The syllabus includes topics from both Class 11 and 12 NCERT textbooks, making it important for students to revise key concepts. Regular practice, mock tests, and time management are key components of a strong preparation strategy.
