North India is bestowed a diverse and rich multi-ethnic history. Having previously lived in Delhi for a few years, U was beaten with a travel bug which prompted me to discover the different holiday destinations in and across the North. Amritsar, Ajmer and Jaipur were some of the major cities in this part of the country that I wanted to visit for quite some time.
I researched online for organizations that can provide me with North India trip packages in a short span of time as my flights to and from Delhi were already booked.
Landing in New Delhi
I and my wife landed in Delhi from Hyderabad at around 10 AM. My in-laws flew from Vizag across the same time. We commenced our journey with visiting the Lotus Temple.
Visiting Amritsar and Wagah border
The next day, we started very early the way we planned to leave for Amritsar by 5.30 AM. With a quick pit-stop halfway through the journey for breakfast, we reached Amritsar by noon. Since it was a Sunday, our chauffeur recommended us to rapidly check-in to the hotel and head out to reach the Wagah border.
Departure
According to our North India holiday packages, we arrived in Delhi a bit after midnight and after resting for a few hours at the hotel. We departed for the airport. We left for Hyderabad on a 5.30 AM flight from New Delhi.
I and I family enjoyed discovering different cities in the North. Our North India tour packages from Bangalore that was culturally rich taught us much about the diversity in India. I tried foods that I thought never existed, went to the religious places that I had never been to and visited cities that I had only seen in pictures.
