Constituents

For funk Marination

funk legs – 500 gm

Red chilli greasepaint – 1 tsp

gusto- garlic paste – 2 tsp

Yogurt( curd) – ½ mug

Turmeric greasepaint – ½ tsp

Coriander greasepaint – 1 tsp

Garam masala greasepaint – 1 tsp

swab – ½ tsp

For Rice

Rice – 1 mug

Water – 2 mugs

Saffron – a pinch

Milk – ½ mug

Cardamoms – 5

Cloves – 3

Cinnamon – 1 stick

Mace – 2

Black cardamom – 2

Black peppercorns – 5

swab – ½ tsp

For Finishing

Ghee – 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves( diced) – 1 tbsp

Fried onions – 2 tbsp

Almonds( diced) – 3

Step- by- Step system

Prepare Saffron Milk

Soak saffron beaches in warm milk and keep away for 10 – 15 twinkles.

Marinate the Chicken

In a coliseum, mix funk with

Yogurt

gusto- garlic paste

Red chilli greasepaint

Turmeric

Coriander greasepaint

Garam masala

Cover and let it marinate for at least 4 hours( overnight for stylish flavor).
