Originally from Stellarton, Nova Scotia, Rob Francis began his career in the Royal Canadian Navy as a Naval Warfare Officer, having served in Her Majesty’s Canadian Ships PRESERVER, HALIFAX, and VILLE DE QUEBEC as a bridge watch keeper and an Anti-Submarine Warfare director.
He spent over 500 days at sea, including a deployment to the Persian Gulf in response to the 9/11 attacks.
