As well as, it also considers the device and the Internet speed of the user to decide the ad format which loads faster. 

Shopping Ads: This ad format is the best suitable for those people who have a large inventory of their products. This ad format includes the image of the product, title, price, store name, etc. 

Call only ads: If most of your business transaction is made via phone call, then this ad format is the best choice for you. Business phone number is shown in the headline of the ad. When a user clicks on the ad, the call is connected to your business directly instead of loading your website. Moreover, this format is available only for devices which can make a call.

In the end, Google Adwords services can be a big investment, in both terms time and money, but its a good way of bringing instant traffic to your site.
