A decade ago, it was Uber who introduced the concept of on-demand services.
But today, due to technology evolution, the on-demand app’s shape is getting remodeled almost every day.
To be precise, mobile applications are ruling the markets now.
Where others were busy in brainstorming to create a stand-alone app with alluring features, an Indonesian entrepreneur, Nadiem Makarim, was planning to create a single platform called “GoJek” where he could offer multiple on-demand services.
The app was launched in the year 2015, and within two years it racked up nearly 30 million downloads.
Simple design, along with quick loading speeds is what a customer expects when he/she downloads the app.
