This may sound like a long shot but who said you cannot dream big? If you are the person who enjoys business affairs then go ahead and open your own venture. It is slightly different from freelancing because you will not be working solo, you’ll have a team. You can hire other designers and developers to work with you.
If you are thinking about opening an agency of your own then you should take it slow. Begin with freelancing and when your work and income can afford another source start hiring. Expand gradually and be an entrepreneur.
Work For An Agency

You will have insurance in the form of a consistent salary and there will be opportunities to learn from your co-workers.
