He started Innomatics Research Labs with a handful of Data scientists and has grown it as a hub for artificial intelligence.  Mr. Vishwanath regards data science as a necessary life-skill, and his constant endeavour to improve how it is taught has been a consistent factor in what continues to distinguish Innomatics from other training providers. With his strong vision to become the most credible organization for career transformation he has strived hard and made this happen in less time.

Mr. Vishwanath has over 15 years of working experience in the field of analytics and multi-national companies including business entrepreneurship and technology.

Dealing with Challenges

Serving over tens of hundreds of students to make them adept in new age technologies meant that it had to deal with its biggest challenge that is to identify trainers. In order to find real-time industry professional trainers who can provide practical and advanced knowledge to the students the institute interviewed more than 120 Data scientists from India. But facing these challenges individually and collectively, the firm was able to find best mentors with excellent communication and convincing ability.

Surviving these initial roadblocks, in just three months the institute got more than 65 referrals by the existing trainees.

According to the institutes’ understanding, though many professionals have learnt from premier institutes and worked with multi nationals, very few of them have good knowledge and ability to mentor people. It strongly believes that, one needs passion to educate and mentor people and a commitment from the learners.

In India there are hundreds of analytics edutech companies, and everybody boasts of making people industry ready. But the institute believes, to really make people industry ready additional efforts should be taken than just providing a classroom training.
