On-site digital signage for events is the number one thing that sponsors care about. Renting a jumbotron or LED video wall to display digital signage is, therefore one of the best ways to maximize your revenue. Here are a few tips for maximizing your sponsorship revenue with digital signage.

● Plan ahead. We recommend deciding to rent an LED video wall well in advance to maximize your revenue from sponsors truly. The thing is that the sooner you know that you will have an LED video board, the more time you have to sell sponsorships. Creating and collecting all the LED display content takes up a lot of time too, so it is crucial to get the slots filled at least two weeks before the event time but ideally sooner.
