How I became a holistic life coach

How I became a holistic life coach: for a fuller life

I started a different path in the world of fitness, embracing a more comprehensive version. The breaking point came when a friend introduced me to the concept of holistic training. What was he talking about? To see people as much more than muscles, and to understand that training your body can be the beginning of a major revolution.

A little earlier, I had published my first book, Excuses Make You Fat. And, until then, I had never read so much and with such fondness. But starting to write every day sparked a new passion.

I started reading gurus like Robin Sharma, author of, among other books, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, and I realized that many of their lessons were the ones I applied to my life. I found a shaft and a guide. I began to understand better why people are not interested in taking care of their health. I understood that botox, much earlier than outside, must be emotional, and that exercise is a good way to do this.

I have been in this profession for many years, and in this countdown of life, I like to think that I still have time to share my experiences and leave some kind of legacy.

A while ago, I went to an interview with a prospective student, and his first words struck me: "Save my life." It is a strong request, but every time I feel that I am more prepared to answer it.

Because I don't want to train people to run races or for high competition, but to teach them to change their habits and take care of their health. Today I feel prepared to accompany not only from a technical point of view but also from a spiritual, psychic, mental, and emotional point of view.

On this path, balance is vital, and keeping your body healthy is the first step to achieving it. Because it is like our continent, the one that sustains us and allows us to achieve everything that we dream of and propose. Therefore, it is very difficult to aspire to any future situation if we do not dedicate ourselves to that continent.

And that is why talking about caring for the body is not only a matter of outward appearance and frivolous at first glance, but also implies achieving a "container" that will sustain us as best as possible throughout life.
A body that is always in its best version will make it easier to achieve what you want. And once this physical fulfillment is reached, we can better focus on the next challenges and the world around us.

In this search for the general well-being of my students, facing them and addressing them from all possible angles, I have also just published my second book, A path without excuses, with a focus on holistic training and a great summary of what I learned in these years. Because each one is unique, and requires training that addresses their very different needs.

For this reason, my proposal is emotional fitness, which while putting the body in motion, also mobilizes other areas of the being. Because finding the motivation to start training is a value that can later be replicated in other areas of life. A healthier, but above all fuller. A holistic life.https://www.higherintentcoaching.com/
