It is a line of technological solutions that allows knowing the use of common areas, alerting employees and visitors to their mobile phones when the safety distance is not met or establishing risk groups among employees for the implementation of specific security protocols and Health. TASK is aimed at any sector and company size , provides parameterized solutions for the specific needs of each company and is completely scalable, according to the consulting firm.

Technological framework

The solutions that TASK integrates use technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, blockchain and big data , among others. Includes, for example, Triage, a solution that applies artificial intelligence algorithms to establish an occupational map of offices in real time and define groups of employees according to the risk of contagion. This solution provides information to schedule a safe return to the offices, minimizing the risk to workers' health, and also allows employees to be monitored in real time (so that the company knows at all times the number of people who are there). Teleworking or in the office) and shows a graphical visualization of the building's occupational density, busiest hours by zones, etc. Thanks to this, the company management can establish security protocols adapted to its needs at all times and readapt the initial protocols as the de-escalation evolves.

Triage also tracks possible COVID-19 infections, in order to be able to take extreme security measures and avoid infections, as well as a comparison between the number of PPE available and those necessary. 

For its part, the Access module allows you to establish telework and office work shifts and communicate to the entire staff, from an app , how the return will be made: date, shifts and times of return to the office, new access protocols and use of common areas, etc. This application also allows you to send notifications integrated with WhatsApp Business and Telegram to inform employees in real time of any changes that occur in work shifts. 

Through a private blockchain network, the Supply solution allows the company to track in real time the delivery of PPE to employees , controlling at all times which ones have collected it. The system allows to record each step of the supply chain with the interactions of the material and to establish specific PPE according to the profile of employees. This guarantees the company compliance with current legislation. 

Another solution that includes TASK is Keep , which uses IoT technologies combined with big data and heat cameras to establish whether or not the safety distance between two people is met, measure the temperature of workers and visitors, create occupancy maps of the common areas and define alarms and warnings in case some of the predefined parameters are not met.
