Adjust the rear wheel install the fuel tank and off camera i uh soldered that wire that was broken so that's all sodded up and plugged into that gray wire right right underneath there so that's all set and then it's just a matter of slapping the fuel tank on putting some fresh high octane gas in it we got this all buttoned up down here throw the side cover back on it and then we'll be good.

To go to fire it up so i will see you guys in a little bit i'm going to put this back over so we're back to where we were before this happened i just wanted to show you guys how to do the foam air filter oil pump and i wanted to get that chain off to do the um the cleaning on it so um after that we'll put this back together and then get this bad boy fired up for the first time in a long time let's just um take a quick moment so basically what i did was i broke this motor down into sections.

So we knew we had to take the motor off split it and separate it and all that type of stuff i threw some paint at it some high temperature paint cleaned up a lot of the rust got all that done um this bike is not a restore bike so it's basically just you know get it going so i can ride it i'm gonna ride it on the street maybe take it off road a little bit and have some fun with this bike so that's basically what where this bike right here was um where it's headed and it's going to be a daily driver it's not going to be a um what's going to call it there it's not going to be a um what they call a pavement princess he's not going to be putting any shows and stuff like that he's actually going to ride this bike so wanted to make sure it's street you know streetable and everything is working perfectly and it is everything is just beautiful on this bike um i need to throw the tail light lens and the back screw in for the back and then the whole back is done over here everything over here is all set i turn the engine over with kickstarter to prime up the oil pump everything is in excellent excellent condition all the controls up top work we've already been through this with the lights we've figured out what was going on with the lights we got directionals we have everything working electrically on the bike now the engine is sound we got the oil filled new plug everything's been checked on the bike the air filter the whole shebang so we are good to go now it's just a matter of wrapping this bad boy up and getting this off the bench so we can start on another project and i'm going to be working on a super cool ds um what you call rds was it um the yamaha 400 there the dt400 and that is going to be a spectacular bike we have a lot of work to do to that bike so we're
