WHAT IS CHEMCAST BULLET RESISTANCE ACRYLIC ?

Chemcast bullet resistant acrylic sheets are transparent sheets with a thickness of about 32 mm (1.25”) which can provide you ballistic protection against small and medium level one power arms.

One of main things to take care of while the fabrication of our Chemcast bullet resistant acrylic sheets is that the frictional heat should be kept minimum to maintain its internal resistance. 

You should be also aware that it is very essential to prevent notching at the major edges of the sheets. This may result in the reduction of its crack resistance. You can reduce the notching through the process of scrapping.

Our bullet resistant acrylic sheets can be cut with the help of a regular sturdy saw with a triple chipped tooth blade.
