So you know it came like like this right no so the other thing works I thought was really neat Bob why don't you have a seat in there Bob how tall are you I'm six foot six six foot six and he sits down and it fits him quite well yep okay and we could you know push you around and we could put this Bigfoot Cane put the leg rest off to live this out and make all me really well now on the other hand Loni do you want to come out here yeah let's go we got someone who is five foot two and we'll put her in the same chair go ahead I'm not going to take the time to flip that out right now it still fits a reasonably well I mean that's a big contrast can you lift your feet up there you go and that one there you go the other thing is I should be trying to get over a threshold I hope we see this there's a little foothold here so that you can push down and you can just get another big feature you can just get a little weight off of the front if you're going over a small threshold then you can bump over that and that's a nice little feature to have not a major deal.

I am there is one more thing Bob oh did I miss something well this is a small thing reflection on the back yeah flexors on the back they did take the time for all the little things yep and I took the time to look at the wheels in the bearings of the wheels because to me the wheels are critical is how long this is going to last and not just the wheels but how they make the bearings their ball bearings and they're not only ball bearings and they're not shielded but they're sealed in so that means they're sealed against the weather and that's a step up from shielded with the high-end right which is one step up which a standard one like this particular one here is shielded they do not hold up in the weather as well so this is just better for outdoors even all right this will quickly Brad who.
so again you don't have to pull out a goniometer in which is what we have what you would check in the clinic, but you just want it to be comfortable with a slight bend and that head the handle here should be about where your greater trochanter is.

Hey everybody it's doctor Jo, and today I'm going to show you how to use a Walking Cane properly.
this is really important because if you don't have the right height, it can end up making you either lean over a lot or have your shoulder come up a lot and that's going to cause pain in other places.
o if that doesn't bother you, I guess that's fine it does okay if it's not tight, but if it's tightened up it keeps that solid and so it's nice in the solid spot and that little piece doesn't roll around.

I'm very careful very careful to go right down the center of that and I'm gonna need me very carefully be right directly level and go through this side going through the same hole all right I'm going to drill a hole right up here and that's where the end of the 550 cord will go so that it won't it won't actually slip and slide it's actually going to terminate right here with a knot so I need to drill a little hole to make that happen actually probably need to measure Dynamo Walking Cane here first 12 right so it needs to be right there it's a good thing that I measured okay because this is where the wrap should start Wood is a little slick hard to get this thing started perfectly all right that would be the hole for the 550 cord and what I'm gonna do is I'm going to countersink one side because I'm I'm just gonna tie a knot in the very end of that 550 cord so I'm gonna put a little bit of a countersink to it the use of this countersink and that way the knot is basically inside the wood and it's not sticking out there we go and that should hide the not real well.
Where it terminates alright I'm gonna pre-drill this hole here so that the hook can go straight in once again it's kind of slick wood so it's hard to get it started you can't actually start this with a smaller drill bit drill yourself in the hand so it only has to be thought that far is good enough that's about an inch and a quarter oh yeah that's beautiful what I'm gonna do is put a little wd-40 in here and that will actually prevent any if moisture gets in here it'll prevent it from getting in and doing a number on the wood and just makes the this can went a little bit easier as well if it gets too hard to put in you might need to get a screwdriver and put it inside this to get it to go a little bit further it looks like it's going pretty easily by hand.
So I'm not gonna have to use that and I am right at the end that's looking good all right now it's time to mix up some five-minute epoxy and I'm gonna mix it directly into the 3/4 inch cap these are nice because it gives an equal amount of both ingredients so that it is a good of course if you get it Bigfoot Cane on backwards it could glue the tip to it but so I have a donor stick and I'm just going to mix it up inside here no huge rush because you got 5 minutes but you want to make sure that it's good and mixed so their dry is good and hard and you could even slather it up the edges too cuz well this is gonna be the bottom the foot of the stab to help protect it from their terrain rocks or whatever that just goes right on there like that now I'll tip it up the other way so it doesn't start leaking out there we go we'll just let that dry and that should be good to go all right so I got a bunch of band-aids and got some fishing hooks.
