Soy Lecithin Liquid
LeciOIL⢠600 is "Crude Soya Lecithin" extracted from Soybean meat and oil production directly without any further process. It is a viscous, flowing brown liquid. It is composed of two groups of substances: soya lecithin (phospholipids) account for about 60% and soybean oil 40%. Due to the Lecithin having lipophilic and hydrophilic properties, adding water into soybean oil to get a gelatinous substance (the mixture of soy lecithin), after extraction and centrifugal drying this materials, Crude soy lecithin obtained.
Application of Soy Lecithin Liquid
Standard Soya Lecithin-LeciOIL600, is crude soy lecithin liquid extracted from soybean oil processing. it is mainly used in the feed industry as a natural source of phosphatidylcholine (PC) for animal growth. It is used especially in aquatic feeds such as fish feed and shrimp feed which provide aquatic products with nutrients for cell membrane growth. Lecithin is also involved in the absorption and metabolism of fat by animals, which can improve the utilization rate of animal feed, promote animal growth and reduce production costs.
