As a growing organization, we naturally also have a mission: something we stand for, what we consider important. For Eurom that's amen working comfort for everyone. " We will immediately explain how we do that.

Our mission, “ working together on comfort for everyone” is how we also want to realize our vision. We also want to achieve something. What is that? 

Eurom wants to make a difference. We do this by continuously developing our products and services.

In this way, we want to offer the consumer good products and the customer a more extensive range with increasingly better

services. Together we work on manageable growth and a better, safer and more sustainable future.


History

November 1974 marks the beginning of Eurom. Jaap Bakker starts the company Euromac, so named after what the company will sell: European Machines. In the early years, these machines were completely focused on agricultural life. Professional products that can withstand the tough life in the agricultural sector. Robust, sturdy and with a lot of power. Think of high-pressure cleaners, heaters and generators. Solid machines that do what is asked of them, that was the strength of Eurom even then.

However, changes in the agricultural sector forced Euromac into action. Fewer farmers meant less demand for the professional products that made Euromac great. But there was still a demand for electrical products. The knowledge that Euromac had acquired over the years was used to develop products for the ordinary consumer. The focus is still on striving for the best quality. For example, Euromac has developed a wide range that finds their way to the consumer via dealers. This range is divided into seven product categories: cleaning, garden & recreation, patio heating, permanent heating, heating, climate control and aggregates.

 

In 2010, Jaap passed the baton to his son, Wycher Bakker, who became director of Euromac. Euromac subsequently underwent a name change to 'Eurom' in 2011. This is to bring more unity within the company, which already marketed its products under the product brand name 'Eurom'. More unity is more power, and it has been proven. Over the years, Eurom has grown exponentially. In 1974 the company could still store 100 pallets in storage, today that is already an impressive number of 10,000 pallets. A lot has of course preceded this, such as two relocations and a number of renovations.

Eurom has gone through many changes, but the quality and service that Eurom offers has remained unchanged, if not improved. Every year Eurom strives to bring better, nicer and smarter products to the market. Eurom does this with a team of committed employees who work hard to support the customer. From production to after sales, Eurom always offers more!
