Blueberry smoothie

Blueberry smoothie

Smoothie - a thick blueberry cocktail is made instantly and, despite its liquid consistency, is more of a healthy and light food rather than a drink. In the hot season, a glass of smoothie will completely replace a whole meal, leaving a feeling of satiety and lightness at the same time. During the season, it is better to prepare smoothies from fresh berries, and in winter, frozen ones are quite suitable.

You will need:

Blueberry 200 g

Bananas 1 pc.

Coconut milk 100 ml

1st stage ingredients:

Blueberry 200 g

Rinse the blueberries with running water, remove the leaves and twigs and dry slightly.

Stage 2 Ingredients:

Bananas 1 pc.

Coconut milk 100 ml

Put the berries and the peeled banana in a blender. Low-fat coconut milk is the best liquid in this shake, but you can use unsweetened liquid yogurt and regular milk as well.

Drive-in until smooth. If the berries are not very sour, and the banana is sweet, then it is best to do without additional sweeteners - it will be most useful. But if you want something sweeter, add a spoonful of honey or agave syrup.

Pour the smoothie into glasses, grab the straws and enjoy!

If all the original ingredients were chilled, then the smoothie will turn out cold by itself, but nothing prevents you from adding an ice cube or two during whipping or later.
