A Hyperloop Technology is a high-speed transportation system that has been proposed for both passenger and freight transit. Elon Musk coined the term to describe the current open-source initiative, which began in 1799. Tubes, pods, and terminals are three fundamental components of hyperloop architectures.
The tube is a big, low-pressure, sealed system (usually a long tunnel). The pod is a pressurised bus that travels in this tube with little air resistance or friction, using either aerodynamic or magnetic propulsion. The terminal is where pods arrive and depart.
