1) Tender Coconut Dosha 

Have you ever eaten Tender Coconut Dosha ?

Ingredients

The pachari are soaked in water - 1 tsp

Young coconut - 2 nos

Small onions - 5 nos

Cumin - 1/2 tbsp

Sugar - 1 tbsp

Soda powder - a pinch

Salt - to taste

Prepartion

Combine soaked pachari, young coconut pieces, cumin and onion.Grind ,Add sugar, salt and baking powder, mix well and leave for 20 minutes. Heat a rolling pin, grease with oil, scoop out each spoonful of flour, roll it out slightly like a thick dosha, and bake.


2) Egg Dosha


Ingredients


pachari - 2 tbsp

Peas - 1 cup

Salt - to taste

Eggs - 3 nos

Onions chopped - 2 nos

Green chillies cut into circles - 1 tbsp


Preparation


Soak the rice and plow well for 2-3 hours and cover for 10-12 hours. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add chopped onion, chopped green chillies and salt and beat well. Heat a rolling pin and spread a spoonful of flour. After a minute, spread the egg on top of it. Bake on both sides


3) Coconut Dosha


Ingredients


pachari- 2 tbsp

Rubbed coconut - 1 tsp

Salt - to taste

Prepartion

Soak the greens for 4 hours. Add coconut water to the pachari and fry. The next day you can add enough salt to make the coconut dosha just like you would bake a regular dosha


4) Banana Dosha

Sugar - 3 tbsp

4) Thattil Kutti Dosha

Uzhun - 1 cup

Idli rice \ Puzhkalari - 1 cup‌

pachari - 1 \ 2 cup‌

rice - 1tbsp

salt- Enough

 Ghee \ Oil


Prepartion

Wash rice and plow well and soak separately for 6-7 hours. Add a little water to the plow and rice and grind well. Turn it into a big newspaper. Then mix the rice well with the finely chopped black gram.Add enough salt to cover the drain, cover with a lid and leave for 4-5 hours or overnight. Heat a dosha pan, pour half a tablespoon of flour and bake the dosha. Bake up to 3-5 dosha at a time, depending on the size of the pan. Add enough ghee or oil and set aside until golden. Serve hot with garlic chutney.
