Digitelic Open Web Story approach is said to boost content’s reach beyond its own app by leveraging the open Web.
Digitelic, a Web Story platform based in Chennai, has created the “Open Web Story Platform” (OWSP) as a new model to allow creators to monetise their content without requiring a specific follower base. Traditionally, you couldn’t monetize or generate revenue from your content unless you had a large enough following on a network like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Digitelic’s new service is founded on the open Web principle and aims to link content creators, publishers, and brands to benefit everyone.
To develop new stories, content creators will need to use the Digitelic platform; however, Digitelic will extend their reach beyond the company’s own app by leveraging the Web to improve the material’s visibility across different sources. In connection with various publishers, apps, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), the company intends to build a large worldwide network via which it will serve content under the new model. This would assist budding content creators in gaining more exposure.
Furthermore, Digitelic claims that revenue created by its framework is earned in two ways: through network views and through native advertising on the Open Web Story platform of content providers. “This implies that creators won’t have to wait for a fan base to grow before their content can generate cash,” the business explained.
“The Open Web Story Platform “OWSP” will be a framework on which Digitelic will further innovate and build unique capabilities to further empower creators and partners,” said Kolanjiyappan, Digitelic’s co-founder, president, and COO, in a prepared statement.
