Seven Wonders Park.
Who does not know the Seven wonders of world? Where we can see these seven wonders together, one of them is Kota, though Kota is famous for education, Seven Wonder Park gives Kota a new identity, a new look. Taj Mahal, Great Pyramid, Eiffel Tower, Leaning Tower, Christ the Redeemer of Brazil, Colosseum, Statue of Liberty is the part of Seven Wonders Park. Just as seeing seven wonders, their construction seems like an unimaginable form of architecture. This park opens from 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm. For Indians to visit this park there will be a ticket of 20 rupees and 40 rupees entry fee is charged for the foreigners.

Jagmandir Palace.
Resting just in the middle of Kishore sagar lake, the Jagmandir Palace is one of the most beautiful and amazing place to visit in Kota. It was built in 1740 by one of the Queen of Kota, that time it was a Temple, later it was named as Jagmandir Palace. The best experience of the palace is to witness the reflection over the shimmering lake.
You have to take a ferry ride to visit the Palace that will charge you around 300-700 Rupees.
Kota Barrage.
A favourite hangout of the locals and tourists is the Kota Barrage Dam located over Chambal River. The barrage covers an area of morwe than 27,332 square kilometers. Here people gather to enjoy a view of the white water flowing in full force. One of the major constructions of the Chambal Valley Project over the Chambal river.
Best time to visit this Dam is from October to March.
City Palace.
City palace is the place where you can see a perfect fusion of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. The palace is one of the most attractive places in Rajastahan because it's decorated with beautiful frescos, wall paintings, mirror hangings, mirror ceiling and flowers. The Kota fort was built in 1264, but was expanded over the years, reaching its present size in 1625, when the city palace was completed. The palace has the excellent mirror work, on other side there are many exhibits, such as statues, silver water pipes, instruments, clocks, vases, and chess sets.
Gaipernath Waterfall.
Gaipernath waterfall is a heaven for nature lovers and a happy place for photographers. Though this place is in all green area this will give you absolute pleasure. When you are there, you should also visit to temple of Kota Gaipernath.
This place is also popular among adventure lovers for trekking, and also for people who want to spend some peaceful times away from city noise.
Best time to visit this place is Monsoon, when the water drops down with milky white texture which is an relaxation to your eyes.
Shivpuri Dham.
One of the most sacred dham of Hindu culture is also considered as a tourist place in Kota. Shivpuri dham in Kota was established by Naga Sandhu Rampuri ji. This place has got a Shivlinga of 15ft Height and 14 tonn in weight. Shivpuri dham is a temple of beliefs and also famous for having 525 Shivlings at a single place. During shivratri which is celebrated because of Lord Shiva wedding, on this day the temple is fully filled by locals and tourists. Except Shivratri, you can visit this temple on anyday of the year.
Abheda Mahal.
Abheda mahal is not so far from Kota city to visit, its only 8km far from city’s noise, situated near Chambal River is a very popular tourist place. Abheda mahal is surrounded by water from every side and that makes it more beautiful. Inside the palace there is a pond which is filled by lotus flowers and turtles. Earlier the pond also had crocodiles which were kept as pets, but with time the number of visitors was increasing so they had to move the crocodiles to somewhere else. This place is very famous for picnic with family or friends.
Rao Madho Singh Museum.
The museum which is located in the old palace of Kota is also known as Madharao Madho Singh Museum. This museum is considered as one of the best tourist attractions in Kota as it looks amazingly awesome from outside. The museum has preserved a collection of incredible artefacts and documents which reflects the rich history and culture of Rajasthan.
There are two sections in this museum, one is upper and the second is lower section. The entry fee will be charged for both sections. 10 for lower section and 50 for upper section.
