TOPIC :THE NECESSITY OF SPIRITUAL DEPTH.
TEXT: I COR. 2:10-11
Introduction.
Spiritual depth Is a realm where God superintent and where man become intimate with God for physical manifestation. S/dept Is a realm where God reign supreme and where Man Is intimate with God. S/dept is Growing in affinity or attachment with God. It is building a chronic addiction to a personal interface with divinity . Spiritual depth is the mingling of man with God. S/dept Is a journey of intimacy of man with God until man is swallowed up in the dimension of Elohim.
THE NECESSITY OF SPIRITUAL DEPTH.
1.Spiritual depths assist us to deal with the cravings of the flesh. The more you travel with God the more your flesh dies. God is deep as eternity. S/dept Is the platform for the killing of the flesh..Yahweh is as deep as eternity. Spiritual depths avails us the presence of God. 1 Sam. 13: 33. The flesh dies in God's presence. Only when our flesh dies that we see him. To surrender your life to the dictate of the flesh is to forfeit the spirit. Flesh. God dwells in the deep. He can't be found in the shallow. Your worst enemy is your flesh. The moment you conquer your flesh, your journey to the way of greatness has just began. The greatest prayer to pray is for God to kill your flesh. Is to deliver you from you. Man's greatest enemy is his flesh.
Flesh is the pattern of reasoning, the pattern which you think. The way of the flesh is the way of reasoning. Gal. 5: 16-19. In the height of your Spirituality you are not accessible
HOW TO STOP THE WORK OF THE FLESH 1. WALK IN THE SPIRIT.
Walking in the Spirit is walking by the word. John 6: 63, PS. 119: 11. In walking in the spirit, your thought becomes His thought. The fastest way to die Spiritually is to avoid hearing the Word of God. If you want to change your life, change your thought first. One of the effect of the word on your life is transformation.
2. IT ASSISTS US
To walk in the realm of unlimited possibilities. Mark 9: 23. Mark 10:27.Any man connected to the deep is connected to God. You are connected to the realm of unlimited possibilities that are loaded in God.
(1COR. 2:12.) To lack Spiritual depth is to be buried in impossibilities. Access to Spiritual depths gives you change lives, gives you impartation, gives you destiny possibility etc. When you know your prepared outcome, you will walk with your shoulder high. To lack Spiritual depths is to be buried in strandenes. (1COR. 2:9).
Anytime you lose sight of the spiritual , you will look apologetic, you will look ridicule. Whatever you are going through now, there is an assurance that you are coming out because you have a prepared outcome. The worst the devil can do can not stop the possibilities of what your destiny represents.
3. IT GIVES YOU ACCESS TO PERSONAL REVELATION OF JESUS.
It opens us up to the life of God. It transmits the personal revelation of Jesus, not in the flesh but only in the Spirit. Gal. 1: 15- 17. Without revelation you can be limited in life. You can't have personal revelation in flesh. Without revelation you can be in the midst of healing and be sick. You can be in the church that preaches prosperity and still be poor. Without revelation you can be in the midst of abundance and be financially bankrupt. Paul enjoyed exemption by the force of revelation. It is what you know that you show. Our personal revelation determines our outcome. Except a man has a personal revelation you can’t stand out among your peers. Personal revelation can turn a harlot to an evangelist. Personal revelation is what guarantees our difference. The reason of our fasting, prayers is to bring us to our personal revelation. Personal revelation is that individualistic light. Any day you see Him sir, you become like Him. You can't traffic in God without personal revelation. Anytime men connects to personal revelation they experience change. Where there is personal revelation, you are not supervised or compelled to do something.
Light is what makes the journey of life enjoyable .
The application of light is the elimination of wasted destiny. Light is in the deep. Light gives you health.
