Intelligent Virtual Assistant that are intelligent try to comprehend what the user is saying. Natural Language Understanding makes this possible. NLU focuses on extracting meaning from user-generated content. Essentially, it is a collection of learning algorithms that tries to recognise, pick up on, and make judgments or predictions on their own, solely only on data instances and occasionally with human input.


Classifiers and language models are the two categories into which we may divide learning Conversational AI algorithms. There must already be a collection of phrases that have been organised into groups or classifications in order for the classifiers to function. Human input is needed for this technique. A typical classifier, for instance, is the spam detector in your mailbox. Spam and not spam are two classifications that get fresh entries on a regular basis that have been classified as spam or not spam by users.
