Wilson’s is a family-owned Columbia business. Since our inception in 1982 Wilson’s has provided mid-Missouri with the most dynamic fitness memberships available. We tailor your membership to fit you with 3 unique fitness centers and 2 fantastic outdoor pool facilities. Along with Hot Yoga and hundreds of fitness classes, summer swim lessons, and year-round sports and camps at the MAC, we have something for the whole family.

Wellness Coaching

The Wellness Coaching Program of Wilson’s Fitness Centers provides Holistic Health coaches for Personal Health and Wellbeing.

Sometimes it isn’t only about the weights and cardio, your overall wellness includes so much more. Imagine being able to consult with a team of coaches to help you with your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We’re excited to bring your personal wellness coaching as a part of a multi-faceted approach to your health. The benefits are endless:

  • Add specific core strength and mobility, and create balance to offset and prevent current pain symptoms and/or injuries.
  • Reduce chronic pain, including low-back pain, arthritis, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and other types of pain such as that associated with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.

The Youth Parisi Training Program of Wilson's Fitness Centers provides Certified Athletic Trainers for Sports and Athletes Training, Speed and Agility Training, and more!

Parisi has been training athletes for success for over 25 years. Our proven PM4 methodology has helped coaches and teams from all sports improve their game, increase their record, and win the big one! Using many of the same techniques our founder used to train professional teams, as well as prepare aspiring athletes for combination, we can help your team or athlete benefit from his proven success.

Adult Parisi

Wilson's Fitness Centers Silver Strong Adult Parisi Training Program offers the Best Personal Strength Training & Body Weight Exercises for Seniors & Older Adults.

Adult Parisi is results-based training. Strength days are focused on increasing strength and the accrual of muscle to transform. Metabolic Training days are focused on maximizing the caloric burn. You will have unlimited access to the weekly schedule (currently 24 different sessions are offered a week). All sessions will be in a small group setting and coached by one of our certified coaches.
