The Agalta region is harvested from December to March and Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica coffee beans are produced here.

November to February is the harvesting period of Opalaca and varieties like Typica, Catuai, and Bourbon are produced here.


The Comayagua region is situated in the center of Honduras and includes the states of Comayagua and Francisco Morazan. This region also produces the largest volume of coffee in Honduras. The coffee of Comayagua is a blend of sweet citrusy flavors and intense acidity with a creamy richness.

The Comayagua has a harvesting period from December to March and produces Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon coffee beans.

El Paraiso

El Paraiso is a region in Southern Honduras and has a high temperature. The coffee of this region has a citrusy, sweet, and smooth feel with delicate flavors. El Paraiso has also won several awards at the Cup of Excellence yearly event.
