Sheldon Cuffy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Roseaire Capital. Sheldon has over 15 years of experience as a real estate investor and developer.
Sheldon has participated in more than 100 residential and commercial real estate transactions as a buyer, seller, or partner. Sheldon has owned and operated a number of real estate service firms in addition to being a real estate investor. Sheldon founded a short sale negotiation business in 2008, at the height of the Great Recession, to help troubled homeowners in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area sell their homes and avoid foreclosure. Sheldon has also run other real estates service firms, such as a real estate brokerage, an investment firm, and a property management firm.
Sheldon is a former Diamond Inner Circle member at Scheel Publishing, Inc, a Real Estate group whose members own over 30,000 units of multifamily and 5MM square feet of commercial space in 31 states and 5 countries. He was also a member of a national short sale negotiation group that was responsible for over 2000 real estate transactions between 2008 and 2013.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur over 15 years ago, Sheldon also worked at one of the nation’s largest financial institutions as a Financial Analyst. In this role, he acted as a liaison between his employer and his corporate clients and was responsible for analyzing and reporting on the financial strength of businesses with revenues exceeding $700 million.
Other businesses that Sheldon has current or prior involvement with as a principal include those in the Finance, Transportation Logistics, and eCommerce industries.
