Amit Said: The exceptional operational structure at Ace Infoway has its biggest value that comes out of it is that the customer requirement is expedited and the TAT has shortened remarkably. This is working out for Ace since authority and decision-making functions are placed among the workforce.

Any client onboarding kick starts with getting a grasp of the client’s business and a deeper understanding by gaining a 360-degree view of various factors such as industry, competitors, business needs, challenges, and more. Based on this analysis project needs are defined and a detailed scope of work is documented.

Next comes identifying the required skill set to deliver on the needs and finalize the right engagement model. The project then moves to the development phase along with a timeline and schedule for delivery.

Ace puts a lot of emphasis on the one special ingredient of the entire onboarding and delivering process – Customer Experience.

Ace builds trust and transparency forging long-term partnerships by providing proactive updates to the client about the progress until the final release on a regular basis.

ITFirms: What engagement models do you offer? How should a client choose?

Amit Said: Ace Infoway offers 3 major engagement models:

  • Fixed Price Project
  • Long-Term FTE/ Dedicated
  • Monthly Packages

Fixed Price Project: Clients with a pre-determined budget and a plan can opt for Fixed Price Project. Moreover, it works well for small and medium-scope projects which run on fixed timelines and schedules with minimum risk.

Long-Term FTE/ Dedicated: Clients looking for a large team or specific skill sets, including developers, project managers, quality analysts, DevOps, and more, can opt for a Long-Term FTE/ Dedicated model to easily scale up and down the team size as per requirement.

Monthly Packages: Clients questing the services to be delivered over a period of time and always tied with objectives, KPIs, and goals can opt for Monthly Packages Ace’s digital services.

We understands the fact that each business is unique and looking for flexibility and looking for solutions catering to address their specific needs therefore promises well-defined engagement models to ensure that together we can maximize the benefits because we know the best model for your business needs.

ITFirms: What is your outlook for 2023?

Amit Said: We’re focusing on identifying opportunistic areas where you can cut costs without compromising on quality and focus on your core strengths.

For many businesses, that might mean downsizing in certain areas or streamlining operations. Others may need to invest in new technologies or processes to stay ahead of the competition.

He ponders tense up of the money flow as major economies grapple with inflation, interest rate hike, and stoppage of VC funding.

Amit, even so, prognosticate opportunities persisting for genuine, savvy, and experienced entrepreneurs.

Ace Infoway trusts nimble business models and strong balance sheets to weather the future storm relatively well.

Further emphasizing his plan to prepare his workforce for the upcoming technology upgrade, Amit mentioned constant learning and development as the only method to be ready for the futuristic and advancing technology at a breakneck speed.

Ace Infoway observes in-house training, and external training as well as upfront involvement of the workforce in customer projects as much as possible to enhance their first-hand experience with the new technologies.

Ace Infoway regards Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Voice recognition, and their applications as the future and prepares its staff by utilizing e-learning modules, practice tests, online courses, conferences, and webinars.
