Angelica Root Essential Oil for 1st, 4th, 6th & 7th Chakra Healing

Easy Centering – Sukhusana

Angelica Root Essential Oil is one of the most powerful oils you will ever use! It has been used in Asia for centuries to enhance chi or energy in all areas of your life. When you use it, you will experience a wonderful upliftment that leaves you more energized, calmer and happier. This oil is very effective in enhancing your chi levels in all areas of your life. It can be used to overcome stress, anxiety, fear, worry, frustration, anger, guilt, depression and any other negative emotion which keeps you "stuck" in a low-energy state.

In any case, when you use this oil, your "chakras" (energy centers) will begin to function at their peak which results in a healthier, more vital you! Angelica Root Essential Oil for 1st, 4th, 6th & 7th Chakra Healing is extracted from the dried root of the Angelica plant which is a member of the carrot family. This plant has been used as an energy tonic in Eastern medicine for centuries. The ancient Chinese used it to enhance chi in their athletes and soldiers. Today, it is used to enhance chi levels in all areas of your life to make you more energized, calmer and happier.

Yoga Poses with High Affinity With Angelica Root Oil

Lotus Pose – Padmasana

This pose is an excellent way to start any routine yoga session. By using this pose to warm up your body and open your joints, you will limber up and become more flexible. This will help you to be more centered, calm, and peaceful. It also makes it easier to tune into your internal feelings which will help you to understand yourself better and make positive changes in your life. Child's Pose - Palasana This pose is a great way to end your yoga session. When you are completely relaxed and your muscles are warm and loose, your body needs to be cooled down. That's why the final pose of your routine should be Child's Pose.

It helps to cool your body down and bring your chi back to its normal state. Relaxing Spinal Stretch - Savasana After you have finished your yoga routine, it is important to stretch your spine. By doing this, you will allow your tense muscles to become more limber and flexible. This will improve your circulation, help to keep your joints healthy and it will also relieve stress, anxiety and tension. Easy Seated Forward Bend - Paschimottanasana This pose is an easy way to warm up your body and limber up your joints before starting your yoga routine. You simply sit cross-legged on the floor, bend your knees and lean forward until your upper body is parallel to the floor. Then, slowly return to the starting position.

Scorpion - Bhuja Vrischikasana

The Scorpion is a difficult posture. It requires focus, concentration and stamina. The student must be able to withstand the pressure that comes from having to hold this position for a long period of time. In addition, the student must be able to endure the pulling of the belly muscles as they attempt to stretch into the forward bending position. When you do the Scorpion, you should not arch your back. Your lower back should stay in line with your upper body. Arching your back will only increase your tendency to strain your back. This is especially true if you are not strong enough in the first place.

Since your hands are attached to your feet, you must use your abdominal muscles to hold yourself up. Pulling your belly muscles will only make it harder to keep your back in alignment. You should never use your arms to assist you in this pose. They should remain at your sides. Instead, use your abdominal muscles to pull yourself up and forward. This will give your back the support it needs to remain straight. As you can see, I have numbered each step so you will be able to refer to them as you learn the sequence. You should concentrate on the numbers and not the letters. The numbers represent steps while the letters represent directions. In other words, "a" represents the forward direction (as opposed to "r", which is the return or opposite direction). Angelica Root Essential Oil is the best when cultivating your chakras.  You should watch the RETROMASS video for this touch position in Yoga for the root chakra,  I personally haven't aced it yet but I am still working on it.

Crane - Bakasana

There is one more position Crane - Bakasana which is also very useful when comes to healing.  Crane Pose, also known as Bakasana in Sanskrit, is a basic yet effective arm balance. As one of the first Arm Balance poses to learn, the flexibility of the shoulders and wrists is put to the test. When comparing this posture to the Crane bird, it is important to remember that despite the bird's long, slender legs, it stands erect and powerful for long periods of time. This is the state one must attain when practicing this pose at an advanced level.

Bakasana is considered a foundational position since variants of this pose may be created from it.    Bakasana also increases energy in the body and may thus be used into flow yoga sequences.
