Introduction of Website and Web app

Website

The term website refers to any collection of web pages that is accessible via the World Wide Web (WWW). Websites may consist of static content (e.g., text, images, video) or dynamic content (e.g. interactive forms, embedded objects, etc.).

A website is a collection of files stored on a computer's hard drive. These files are formatted using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and JavaScript. When someone visits a website, their web browser requests these files from a web server. The web server then sends the requested files back to the user's web browser.

  • HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language. It is the language that defines how a page should look. In addition to defining the layout of a page, HTML contains tags that describe what each section of a webpage is about.

  • CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. It is a way to define the style of a webpage. CSS includes rules that tell browsers how to display a webpage.

  • JavaScript is a scripting language that enables developers to add interactivity to web pages. JavaScript is used to create animations, change colors, and even play sounds.

The website is a collection of files (HTML, images, videos, etc.) stored on a server. When someone visits your website, they connect to your server over the internet and download the files that make up your site. Your website is hosted on a domain name, which is just like having a street address for your business. You can buy a domain name from any company that offers hosting services.

A webpage is a file that contains text, images, videos, audio, links, forms, and other elements. Websites are often organized into sections called pages. Each page displays information related to a specific topic. Pages are linked together using hyperlinks, which allow users to jump from one page to another.

Website Design

There are several ways to design a website. One way is to hire a freelance designer who specializes in websites. Another option is to use a free website builder tool. If you choose to build your own website, you'll need to know how to code HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Website Hosting

You can host your website yourself or pay a third-party service provider to do it for you. If you decide to host your website yourself, you'll need to purchase a domain name, install a web server, and configure it to serve your website's files.

Website Security

To protect your website from hackers, you should take steps to secure your computer network. Make sure your firewall is configured correctly and that you've installed antivirus software. Also, keep your operating system updated and check for security updates regularly.

Website Speed

Your website speed affects how fast people navigate your site. To improve your website's performance, consider optimizing your site for search engines and reducing file sizes.

Web Apps

The term "app" refers to any type of program that operates on a smartphone or tablet device. There are many different types of apps, including games, productivity tools, social networking apps, and business apps.

Scrobits Technologies Have Been Creating Web apps which are software programs that run within a browser window. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies are used to create web apps. The APIs (application programming interfaces) used by these apps are the same as those used by native mobile apps. They can be used to create websites, online stores, social networks, games, and a variety of other software.

  • A web application is a collection of files and scripts that work together to provide a specific function.

  • Web applications are often built using HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and JavaScript. These three technologies make up what is known as the “front-end” of a website.

  • The back end of a website is where the actual data resides. The front end provides a user interface to access the information stored in the back end.

Web apps are created using web technology and run inside a web browser. These applications are designed to perform specific tasks, such as taking payments online or sending emails.

There are two types of web apps: native and hybrid. Native apps are built specifically for mobile devices. Hybrid apps are built using web technology and can run on both desktop computers and mobile devices.

Web apps are applications that run on the internet rather than being installed locally on a computer. Web apps have become increasingly popular over the past few years due to their ease of use and accessibility.

There are many types of web apps including mobile apps, desktop apps, and browser extensions.

Web apps are software applications that run over the internet. These apps are often accessed via a browser. Web apps are similar to desktop apps, except they do not require installation and are accessible anywhere. Web apps are generally free to use and can be downloaded directly to a user's computer.

Web apps are often accessed via a browser, but they can also be accessed using mobile devices. Web apps are becoming increasingly popular due to their ease of use, accessibility, and flexibility.

You can access them using a web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer). A web application may use a server-side scripting language to generate dynamic content, or simply provide data to the client side.
