How to find a best yoga teacher training in India

There are many opportunities that are not discussed in typical yoga teacher training. Most instructors might lead you to think that the only opportunities are at their studio or ashram. Networking with the local community is usually overlooked when you take a yoga certification course. Generally, you have to do your homework on your own to reach out to the community, but it's even more difficult when you go to areas where children congregate. Public, private schools, dance and martial arts schools are a good place to start, but how can you explain the benefits if you can't even get your foot in the door? If you're a parent, you should join a PTA. If you are not a parent, you should network with PTAs, administrators, teachers, and parents.

Yoga can provide many benefits to children, both physically and mentally. Yoga Schools that have already implemented yoga in the classroom are seeing positive results at academic and practical levels. There are still many schools that have not heard about the positive effects of teaching yogic techniques to help children focus, release stress, gain self-confidence, and adjust better with other children. When approaching teachers and administrators with the idea of implementing the concepts of yoga in schools, it is best to tell them about its benefits, tell them how to teach it, and let them try it out for themselves.

Schools are often bombarded with many different concepts to improve the learning environment, help children understand concepts, or aid discipline. While many teachers are open to new ideas, they don't want to waste time on trendy or frivolous ideas that don't work. When a teacher who knows nothing about the benefits of yoga hears a proposal to introduce it during the school day, he may dismiss it at first glance. Yoga teacher training in India has a responsibility to educate school teachers and administrators about the benefits we can provide to children.

state the facts

When discussing the benefits of yoga for kids, use the facts. Cite recent studies and statistics that provide solid evidence of the effects of yogic exercises. You want to show that kids' yoga raises test scores, impacts disciplinary issues, and gives kids healthy ways to release stress and focus their minds.

Explain the purpose of Yogic practices. Tell teachers that as children learn to be more at peace within themselves, this will spill over into their relationships with each other. Every student experiences some sort of stress throughout the day, and there is a healthy way to relieve it. Schools using yoga are giving students a life-long habit that will result in better health and happiness.

show specific teaching methods

Teachers also need to look at how to implement yoga practices in the classroom in a way that doesn't take a lot of time or equipment. Involve teachers when teaching the benefits or goals of each section by breaking them down to a few simple sections. Show them which stretches are best used to calm the mind, activate the brain, or release tension. When you transfer teachers, they can experience the benefits directly.

encourage questions

Allow teachers to express doubts or ask as many questions as necessary. Encourage them to try it in their classrooms for a month to see what happens. When teachers and administrators see the effects on their own students, there will be no room for doubt.
