Tomás Maximiliano Sarniotti and Alexis Savino Chacón, were sentenced for the crime of "Transportation of narcotics", according to article 5 Inc. Sarniotti has been serving pretrial detention at the Prefecture headquarters; and Chacón was in house arrest, but the sentence that sentenced him provides that he be transferred and housed in a prison, where there is availability.

The investigation was carried out by personnel from the Special Brigade against drug trafficking of the Naval Prefecture, Criminal Intelligence and Investigations Delegation, who was able to determine that Chacón received the drugs that Sarniotti sent him several times a week from Santa Fe, via parcels, with the company Marciano Tour.

Sarniotti sent the packages forging the identity. He had a certain "Renato Nardelli" appear as the sender, with the DNI number 17,789,601, which is actually the DNI number of his mother, Mónica Sarniotti. He had the packages picked up at his home in the Koch passage in Santa Fe; or delivered them to the bus terminal of that capital city.

Late in the investigation, Judge Aldo Alurralde authorized the tapping of their phones, as requested by prosecutor Roberto Salum, which allowed the evidence to be confirmed.

With all the information collected, the investigators observed that on April 22, 2022, Sarniotti sent another package to be picked up at the headquarters of the company Marciano Tours, in Reconquista. The prosecutor ordered that package to be intercepted and asked the judge to order a search of the homes of the two suspects. And so it happened.
