Invoice Financing/Factoring

Invoice financing is similar to factoring. It differs in that the company retains control of the sales ledger (Non-Recourse) and credit control. Payments are received into an account managed by the Banker. The company is credited with the balance less charges.

Costs for invoice financing are based on a percentage of turnover, and a funding charge at a rate over bank base rate.

Inland Bill Discounting (Not under Letter of Credit)

We organize financing for your bills drawn on documents against acceptance terms, to the extent of your sanctioned credit limits to help improve your cash flows.

Pre-shipment Finance in Exports

We Organize pre-shipment finance in the form of Export Packing Credit (EPC) to help you to meet your working capital needs while manufacturing your goods for export. We provide Export Packing Credit both in rupee as well as foreign currency at competitive rates.

Supplier’s Credit

In Supplier's Credit, the client issues the Usance LC (90/180 days) against the Performa of Usance credit from the supplier & the LC is routed through our Negotiating Bank. The payment is arranged at Sight (to Client’s supplier)-thus, ensuring sight/cash payment to your supplier & credit to client at Libor linked rates.

Buyer's Credit

In case supplier opposes to accept the Usance credit, then we can take the option of Buyer's Credit. For the same, we arrange to finance your documents falling due for payment against the Letter of Undertaking (LoU)/Bank Guarantee issued by Client's Bank, in favor of our nominated Negotiating Bank.
