Employer Job Offer for Demand Skills Stream 

A candidate who is a foreign worker in an in-demand occupation and has a job offer in hand.

If the candidate has a PhD degree from Ontario University,. He/she can apply for the master's graduate stream and PhD Graduate Stream 

Express Entry Streams 

This particular stream is regulated by the federal government’s Express System. To qualify, a candidate must have an express entry profile and notification information from the Ontario Government.

Human Capital Priorities Stream 

If candidates have the required skill set, education, and language abilities, he/she can apply for the human capital priorities stream 

Skilled Trades Stream 

If the candidate is a foreign worker with work experience in Ontario, they are eligible for skilled trade.

French-speaking Skilled Worker Stream 

If the candidate is a foreign worker with French and English speaking abilities, they can apply for this Stream
