Ek patile mein paani, whole spices aur namak daal kar ubaalein. Phir soaked chawal daalein aur 90% tak paka lein. Drain karke side mein rakh dein.
🍲 Step 2: Methi Masala ki Mehfil
- Kadhai mein tel/ghee garam karein, jeera aur hing ka tadka lagayein.
