The lawsuit was filed with the office of Paris District Prosecutor.
If the case is accepted on the terms then it will go to trial.
Apple will have to pay fine for every iPhone they sold in France from September 2015 to till now.

Apple claims that apart from deep water for 2 meters, the tea and beer will not be spoiled.
