Summer is the perfect time to go on an adventure.

Of course, you might want to preserve those memories forever by capturing them in glorious photos and videos.

Those action-filled moments should be shot with a camera that can record in beautiful wide-angle, because without the scenery, what’s the point?

For that, you need to get yourself an action camera, and for most people, the go-to camera is a GoPro.

For something that won’t hurt your wallet but is capable of nearly the same performance, check out the Campark ACT74 action camera, which topped our list of budget-friendly GoPro alternatives.

This action camera looks pretty similar to a GoPro.

Yet the Note remains impervious to all attempts to diminish its standing.

Even the disastrous Note 7 ended up being little more than a hiccup in the Note’s storied history.

There have been other attempts at a stylus-equipped smartphone but none have come close to competing with the Note.

If a stylus was an essential feature beyond this product line, there would be lots of other phones with one.

But the stylus has always been a Note thing, not a general “smartphone” thing.

But past Notes have omitted a wide-angle camera, this one leaves out the headphone jack, and this is the first one to adopt an in-display fingerprint reader — something other phones have had for a year and a half.

VAIO’s SX12 ultraportable notebook wants to shame every other slimline laptop out there, and if you’re currently living the dongle life you may well find yourself cheering it on.

Despite being VAIO’s smallest model, with a 12.5-inch screen, the company somehow manages to fit in not only the ports you’d hope to find, but some we’d assumed had left notebooks for good.

So, you get a USB 3.1 Type A, a USB Type-C, HDMI, two USB 3.0 Type-A, and an SD card slot.

VAIO also finds room for a VGA port and ethernet port, too, along with a separate power connector.

Key pitch is 0.75-inches, and the backlit keyboard is designed to be quieter in use, too.

VAIO fits a fingerprint scanner as well.
