Android is reportedly leaking your personal information

Various Android apps are still sharing your data with Facebook which could be used to personally identify you for ad tracking straight to Facebook immediately upon logging in.

Some of the notable apps in the list are Yelp and Duolingo.

Apart from these two names, Privacy International also found two Muslim prayer apps, a bible app, and a job search app called Indeed.

The reports of PI also revealed that this transmission may also reveal custom identifiers that helps Facebook track that user across its network of service.

The previous reports had revealed that big-name Android apps were sending data to Facebook that too without consent and proper disclosure.

Facebook has always routinely tracked users,non-users, and logged out users outside its platform through Facebook Business Tools.
