American song writer cum singer, Demi Lovato may not have always felt confident to flaunt herself as many of her songs indicate, but such things don not stop her anyway from living life to the fullest on a sunny beach in the middle of nowhere. Just as the eastern coastal regions of America get showers of incessant snowfall, the sizzling sensation of “Tell Me You Love Me” singer has made the great escape to warmer shores for a little bit of the sun and sand. Demi posted a hot picture of herself on Thursday on her Instagram wearing a one piece bating costume colored in black and white stripes which caught several comments pouring in good remarks for the same.

Instagram Picture Sizzles

Her caption said: “So, I’m insecure about my legs in this picture but I’m posting it because I look so happy and this year I’ve decided I’m letting go of my perfectionism and embracing freedom from self criticism,” it further added, “Learning to love my body the way it is is challenging but life changing. Giving up my eating disorder has been the most challenging journey of my life but I work every day towards solid recovery even if I mess up sometimes, today I’m feeling strong. You all can do it too. It IS possible. Thank you God for this new chapter in my life.”

YouTube Video Garners Success

Demi Lovato has never shied from hiding her efforts with eating disorders and she also shares this problem with her granny and mom. She had taken treatment way back in 2010 to fight against “emotional and physical issues.” Lovato has stood by the course of accepting herself with much support from her fans on Instagram. In a commanding documentary on YouTube named “Simply Complicated” which was made public in 2017, Demi went blatant on relapsing due to her personal conflict with actor Wilmer Valderrama. The pair had officially pronounced their separation in 2016 June.

Further information from the pop star

“When I do have moments when I slip up, I feel very ashamed. I don’t want to give it the power that it controls my every thought, but it’s something that I’m constantly thinking about. Body image, what I wish I could be eating, what I wish I could be eating next, what I wish I didn’t eat, you know, it’s just constant.”
