Documents required for Professional tax registration:

  1. Address proof (Latest Electricity Bill, Telephone Bills, Aadhar, Pan Card, Voter id card and more) of proprietor/director/partner
  2. Passport size photo of proprietor/director/partner
  3. Partnership deed in case of partnership firm
  4. Copy of VAT RC
  5. MOA/AOA in case of the company
