What can you put in the blender?

The growing popularity of channels and culinary programmes allows us to discover new flavours from faraway lands, international cooperation and tourism enable us to cost these flavours, while the fastest growing field - technology - gives us the opportunity to prepare new dishes ourselves.

This device is already known to every average Pole, but a few years ago it was not available in our country. The ladies of the house preferred manual preparation of dishes, which unfortunately significantly prolonged the process. Today, fortunately, more and more amateurs of good cuisine reach for modern equipment, including a blender, which, taking up little space and taking up little energy, allows for instant grinding, mixing, kneading and stirring... Well, what? Let's take a closer look at the dishes for which the blender will be useful.

Fruit. Absolutely all. We can use a tip commonly called a giraffe and mix the fruits in a separate bowl, we can throw them into the attached cup and grind them together with water or milk to make a cocktail. We can quickly prepare a mousse for apple pie, banana smoothies or... Strawberry sorbet, because blenders with a power of more than 400 W will also successfully mix frozen fruit.

Vegetables. Why limit yourself? If you want to have a beetroot cocktail, just throw it in the cup. This is better than squeezing the juice out of it in a juicer, because we don't throw any part of the beetroot and therefore the vitamins it contains. If you feel like sandwich paste, for example, from green peas, just grind it with the giraffe mentioned above.

Dairy. In this respect, the blender shows its versatile possibilities, as we are not only talking about preparing pancake dough or grinding cottage cheese into cheesecake, the special tip of the blender will also allow us to whip cream or protein into fluffy foam in literally a few seconds.

Groats. Although this issue may surprise many of us, vegetarians and vegans know how great the properties of groats, not only health, have. Boiled, cooled and mixed lamb groats will perfectly serve as a base for cheesecake, we can throw any additives into it, obtaining the desired taste. The lamb groats will also work well in salty compositions, creating a base for such pastes as Szczecin's paprika or vegetable chops, replacing an egg.

Bacalie. It will surely make sweet lovers happy. The blender will allow us to prepare peanut butter (it is enough to fry a handful of nuts in a dry frying pan and mix it to obtain a liquid consistency) or even a nutella (mixing hazelnuts with a bit of milk, cocoa and honey). In this machine we can also grind sesame, thus obtaining tahini, one of the better ingredients of Eastern cuisine.

Meat. Many people have certainly been waiting for this item. Although some people prefer classic meat mincers, the hand blender will allow us to prepare minced chops quickly and accurately. Let's not hesitate and experiment with other types of meat.

As you can see, the hand blender has absolutely no limits. With its help we can successfully prepare breakfast, lunch, dessert, dinner and many snacks. So let's use this irreplaceable device!
