Harvard
It is the umbrella term for any type of referencing style which uses author name and the year of publication in between the text to point out in which place the writer inserted the source.

MLA
It is the method of mla citation machine which is developed by the Modern Language Association. It has the two parts, one is the brief in-text citation in the body of any essay where only last name of authors are present in between the round brackets and another part is the detailed list of works cited at end of the work.

Chicago
It is the style of author-date, so this citation has author(s) name and publication year within the round brackets.
