What is a Members' Voluntary Liquidation and How Can it Help?

A Members Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) is a legal process that allows stockholders’ to designate a Liquidator to close down a particular company. Once the Liquidator has understood all company assets and assured that there are no leading partnership debts, a capital allowance will be paid to shareholders either in cash or from endowments included in the company.

If you require advice arranging an MVL for your company, please make contact with us by phone, email, or LiveChat.
